Discovering a country is not just to know its history and its tradition, is even to taste its flavours and its gastronomic excellences. In Tuscany what we don’t miss is enogastronomic excellences: the pecorino cheese form Pienza, the saffron of San Gimignano, the panforte of Siena, the typical almond cookies form Prato and our famous wines, as the Brunello di Montalcino, or the Chianti, or the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, just to tell some names.
