What was Florence looking like in Dante’s time? For sure the city must have been very different! In this private walking tour we will discover the city through the eyey of the poet and of many carachters of his time, all present in the Divine Comedy such as Buondelmonte dei Buondelmonti, Farinata degli Uberti and, of course, Beatrice. We will figure out Florence a sit was more than 700 years ago. From Santa Trinita Square we will enter the old city, focusing on Dante’s quarter, in order to dicover more about his private and public life. On request we can visit Dante’s house museum.
